How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)

- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment

What about returns?
Stationery Products: Unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. This includes items such as notebooks, planners, sticky notes and other stationery products.
- Merchandise: Apparel, accessories, and other non-stationery merchandise can be returned if unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact, within 30 days of delivery.
- Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-returnable.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
