  • Returns

    Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within [30] days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please reach out to us using the contact form, including your order number and detailed return information.

    Please ensure that the item remains unused and in its original packaging. Please note that any shipping charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.

    Please allow at least 1-3 business days for the return to be processed. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

    Kindly note that the release of your funds is subject to the policies of your bank institution.

  • Shipping

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays (will ship next business day). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We accept shipment orders to addresses within the U.S., U.S Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


    SHEstationery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim.
